Later on in your pregnancy. Now would be ok. Maybe ask a close friend to throw you one. It helps if you know if you are having a boy or girl for sure so people know what to buy. You can always use diapers and wipes and lots of things. Dont ask them for what you want just let them get you whatever they want. Take pictures and put them in a baby book to remember it. I am so lost, my life is a big mess!?

I'm 24, live at home and haven't been going to college classes for 3 weeks or so b/c I'm tired of my major (biology). hi its 50/50 if you will get stretch marks, i didn't with my first but with my 2nd i did. Try using some moisturiser everyday. That should help. As for if they disappear after then sort of, mine have on my hips/ stomach but on my breasts they have just faded. Try not to worry as pregnancy is a worrying time anyway and also a good time. Take it easy and use some cream, you can get special cream for stretch marks in chemists and shops, just ask about, i cannot recall of the top of my head what they are called though, sorry. Running or slow jogging is a really fast way to lose weight. If you really want to be around the gym like that try the tredmils and run for about 1hour and take a break and again. It's the best way for people to lose weight. Eat healthy don't eat too less because you think your over eating, just exercise and burn off the unwanted calories. im 15 and i am 5 ft 3" and i weight 56.5 kilos considering i was wearing heavy sneakers and clothes, i want to lose weight desperately because i can see that i have some cellulite, i am on a table tennis team in a sporting club and it's very exhausting and burn a lot of calories but it mainly works on your arms not your thighs so i now started cutting all the crap snacks and eating a healthy breakfast and stopped eating too much meat and i sometimes go with my mom to the sporting club at 7 am and walk 4 kilometer fast walking and then i go to the gym for one hour of resistance training but i don't put heavy weights and i go for 2 times per week and my friends keep telling me that if i stop during school i will gain even more weight that what i lost, is this a myth?

I keep coming off my diet.?

I became overweight at the age of 11 and started losing weight when I was 13. Then when I was 14 I put it back on. Then when I was 14 nearly 15 I lost weight again really fast, and then gained it back within a few months. By the age of just over 15 and a half I lost weight again and became very skinny. When I was 17 I once again gained it all back plus more and became the heaviest I have ever been weighing 111 kilos. I think this is nice. Its good that you care. My dad has a habit of eating when he is depressed and there has been many traumatic things in my family that have not helped the situation.. I am the cook at my house. So I made sure each night I had a lunch pre-packed for him. I made a salad and added roled cold meat on the side and a bottle of water for him to take to work each morning. (Take the hasle out of preparing meals, if its prepared and its light, theyll eat it.) He would have that for lunch and id have a few fruit in his pack as well just incase he got the munchies during the day. The I always made dinner early. When he got home from work id make sure there was no bread anywhere, I actualy wouldnt let mum buy it.. No bread in the house is good. Cos then there is no use for butter. Have an early healthy dinner prepared and make sure if she needs to pic after that, its things like olives which speed up the metabolism. I suggest no carbs-very low carbs and try to not use much fats in cooking. Portion size is the biggest killer though. If they have a snack handy in between main meals it will speed up there metabolism. and when they finish work, its good to get them to walk.. Jogging is for fitness. Walking uncomftabley fast is for weight loss and fat burning. Walking comftabley wont do much very quickly.. It has to raise the heart rate. My dad lost 8kgs in the first week and in the next 2 lost another 5.. It does work

You need to be more realistic and double or triple the time to lose that much weight. You need to burn an extra 77,000 calories to lose 10 kilos of body fat. That's like almost 2000 calories EXTRA a day you would have to burn. Unreasonable goals are never met, so keep your goals reasonable so you can reach them. 2 lbs of fat loss a week is really the upper limit and in my opinion is too much because you will lose some muscle. 1 to 1 1/2 pounds a week is better because you can keep all of your muscle and even gain a little. More muscle = higher metabolism so you should never lose muscle. You can lose that much "weight" in 6 weeks but a lot of it will be muscle loss. Then you will gain even more fat back because your metabolism will be slower due to having less muscle. You should be focused on losing fat only, not "weight" in general. As long as you are progressing consistently don't worry about the time frame. It will come soon enough. The only way you will keep the weight off is by adopting a healthy lifestyle. You can't just diet and then go back to the same crappy foods that caused the fat gain in the first place. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what going to happen if you do that.

The best burgers do contain some fat, so try to purchase chopped/minced beef that is 75-80% lean.
