What should I watch on Netflix?

I'm looking really for anything to watch on Netflix. I find it hard to find anything good with so wide a selection and the suggestions netflix gives me do not sound very good. Some of the shows I really enjoyed are Arrested Development, Trailer Park Boys, Futurama, Lost, Spartacus, Battlestar Galactica, Dexter, Kids in the Hall, Firefly, Full Metal Alchemist and South Park. Some movies I liked were I Saw the Devil, Swingers, Insomnia, Gangs of New York, Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance, Lady Vengeance, A Prophet, Starship Troopers, Clerks. Other movies I just like are Star Wars 4-6, Fight Club, Inception, and A Clockwork Orange. Any suggestions?
