Where are good places to go people-watching in Lewisville or Denton TX?

If you are willing to take 121 to the tollway there is a place called The Whiskey Cake at The Tollway and Parker Road in Plano. It's a fairly new place and it is always pretty crowed. A wide variety of people are always there.
