Is there a way to make Yerba Mate delicious for children?

If you have access to toasted mate, it is less bitter than the green version. Also, maybe you know it already but if it is steeped in hot water rather than boiled it is less bitter. Milk and honey will make it more palatable to children and in some places it is mixed with sweetened lemonade or other fruit juices for the kids.

Can I lose 2-3 kilos in 10 days?

its well known- women are more emotional and can be with one sex partner their whole life but men are less emotional and can have multiple sex partners their whole life. From family and friends I see that most women and men are either divorced, single, or cheating. Then very few people I know are married living happily ever after. I actually only two people like that- both co workers but they could be swingers for all i know. Does anyone know the divorce rate in the world? While dirt is definitely the easiest on your joints, there's nothing wrong with training on tar roads. Tar (typically referred to as asphalt when used as a binder for roadways) isn't not that hard when compared to concrete. And if you run with good form and don't increase your distance too rapidly, you'll avoid injury on any surface.

Is it safe to be a swinger?

I have always thought about the idea about being a swinger off and on and now the thought has been in my head even more now. I'm done having children...I have a 4yr old and a 1yr old and I do live with their father but we don't consider ourselves together. we just live together for the convience. I don't want to disrespect him and sleep with someone else so I have always asked him to think about the idea so we can go together so he doesn't think I am trying to disrespect him. If we both go then we can be with other people w/o the feelings that we are disrespecting the other person. He used to always say no right away but now he is at least thinking about it and he said he would consider it. I want us to be able to do something fun together and I think this is the best thing possible. I really want to do it...but I have to be careful mostly for my children. I want to be around for them for a long time and I don't want to catch anything. For those of you that have done this type of thing, is it safe?
