Do I have a right to be annoyed my g/f hangs out with them?

You absolutely have a right to be upset about this. These kinds of situations can get very dangerous. You can try talking to her about it, but if she keeps slipping, things can get really ugly. The only thing you can really do is just talk to her. I hope things work out, safely, for everyone involved.
