Fastest way to loose the weight?
If your working out a lot, it's results from it and your just starting to gain muscle rapidly. Other than that eat some greens also bread is great calories without the bad and unhealthy stuff in your list. Pasta is okay but it's not healthy to eat it too often. Don't do cardio and stuff like that its just for body builders. Eat healthy, eat about 5-6 serving of fruits and 7-8 servings of vegetables or just as much as you can. Running or slow jogging is a really fast way to lose weight. If you really want to be around the gym like that try the tredmils and run for about 1hour and take a break and again. It's the best way for people to lose weight. Eat healthy don't eat too less because you think your over eating, just exercise and burn off the unwanted calories.
