Is it possible to create a micro motor that can pull torque of 120 kilos?

im looking for something small enough to fit inside a boot or a shoe (something that size) so long as it has a suitable power sorce. theoretically the power source i have is more than suitable for the machine but im still unsure on wether or not the technology for such an machine would be possible. if anyone knows where i can find something like that please let me know.
