Good recipe for sesame ginger wasabi noodles?

Im making ahi tuna for my grandparents, and i wanted to make like a chilled noodle salad. I think wasabi, ginger, and sesame seeds would go great with the tuna, but im up for anything. Theres not really an asian specialty market near me, so i dont have Access to all the real authentic asian ingredients. And i don't want to spend a fortune.... Help?
