Does anyone have a recipe that uses low cal sweetener? I'm desperate to win the Canderel competition?

I'm a massive fan of Ed Baines and really want to wow with a clever dish to win a masterclass with him. I just need to enter something using Canderel that is inspired! Can anyone help, closing date is monday 4th.
