1970 340 Dodge Dart Swinger v. 1998 BMW 328i?

Hello, I was talking with my friend about our cars and I was wondering how my 1970 340 Dodge Dart Swinger would fare against his 1998 BMW 328i. What is the average top speed for both of these cars? I'm pretty sure the Dart is faster, what with a 340 HP engine, and I think the 328i only has a 198 HP engine, but I could be wrong.
