Is this weight okay for an 11 year old girl?

She is 146 cm & 46 kilos, & she thinks she is fat but I think she is fine. She thinks she is fat bcuz her classmates call her ugly as a joke & fat. She only tells me this because she trusts me. She wants to know what you ppl think.Btw, sorry for deleting the other question, i just did a few mistakes :/ soz!
