I want to publish my cruise ship diary! How do i do it?

For a year i worked on cruise ships in the fitness department. i wrote every day for a year about what i did and what happened. From adventure, trouble, lies, love,deceit and even swinger cruises. The diary has it all. My crazy life in one diary. Please help me make it come true!
