Hi everyone. I'm a 14 year old guy, I'm 5"4 (I think, I'm 167cm), and I weigh about 125 pounds (again I think, I weigh 57 kilos). I've been hungry all the time and I guess I've been warned that puberty does this, but I'm worried about over eating. However, I eat no junk food. At all. So my question is... is it okay to eat a lot as long as I only eat healthy foods?
