Why does Rhianna feel the need to be so attention seeking?

I like Rihanna's music, it's fun, danceable pop music and should be viewed as nothing else. Are some of her videos/outfits provocative? Well, yeah. She's an entertainer, and it isn't necessarily her job to be a role model for young girls, that should be the job of the women they actually know.
