hello, I have been having a diet problem since forever. I used to take all kinds of products. Till a friend show me these tips, at first I was a bit skeptical but there was nothing to lose and my self esteem was taking a turn for the worse so I felt I needed to tried it out. There was little change for the first 2 weeks, but I was feeling good. After losing that initial weight, which was quite uplifting, I started to develop good habits, especial my diet.
