Woe there, slow down. Muscles need to be rested in order to build. When you lift weights, you are actually tearing the muscle. When you give them a rest, they rebuild and become those big beautiful "guns" that everyone dreams of. Serious weight lifting should be done every 2-3 days to give the muscles a chance to recoup. The only muscle that can take exercise everyday is your abs. You also need to add some cardio to your routine everyday. Cardio helps to burn off any fat surrounding the muscles so you can show them off and strengthens the heart muscle. You could jump rope, bicycle, run, box, kick-box, etc. You will start to see results in 3 months.
