it really depends on YOUR body.. i was dieting and exercising relentlessly for months and was gaining weight.. some people need different things to loose weight.. see if it works for you but if not talk to your dr.. of course they will always want you to try something like what your doing first but.. if it's not working be honest to your dr and there are ways he can help. good luck !.. i know i have been put on a diet plan by my dr.. and i have lost 25 lbs in two months nice and slow.. and i feel great!
