If i start weight training will my fat turn into muscle?

Fat does not turn into muscle and muscle does not turn into fat. They are a completely different type of tissue that the body produces for completely different reasons. If you want to lose fat, you need to focus on losing fat. Keep in mind, weightlifting is a fantastic fat loss tool but you need to combine it with caloric deficit if you want to lose fat. And if you don't eat a caloric deficit you won't build any muscle.
