I'm a single male looking to attend swingers parties/sex clubs, what criteria do they look for in general?

I know only a few single males get extended an invitation to attend these types of events..what I'm wondering is what criteria is this usually based on? Is it purely looks? Is it wealth? What does it tend to be?
