I am recently seperated and married only 4 months. He left without paying the bills and wont respond, advice?

I met him in July. We went to HS together but I did not know him. I was moving to TN from GA to start a new life and he came with me. He had no job and I supported us both for 4 months. We married in December. I was layed off and he got a great job. I have depression and started to feel bad about myself. He stopped interacting with me and started working 6 days a week. When he wasn't working he would sleep or smoke weed and show me no attention. I wanted to separate. I came back after a few days to talk to him and I found he had posted himself on a swingers website saying he was single. There were condoms missing. I confronted him and he said he wants a divorce. He has moved out and is staying at a hotel. I saw him Sunday and we talked. I asked him to go to counseling. He said he was not against it. It got heated and he stormed away yelling. I told him I was going to see an attorney about my rights and he yelled and said, "we have been married 4 months, you have NO rights!!" He wont respond to any calls, emails, or texts. I am all alone in this city with no job and all I do is cry. One minute I miss him and the next I don't want him. We have no children. I am so hurt and confused. Do I date? DO I stop trying to get him to respond? He is my husband and I feel like a stalker. Just 2 months ago I was everything to him and now he wont even contact me. What do I do? ANy advice would be appreciated.
