Does anybody have the recipe for whippy icing like they use at Kroger,on the cakes and cupcakes?

I don't mean the butter cream,or cream cheese icing. I mean the whippy icing. I know the main ingredient is whip cream but that is all I know. Well it may not be the main ingredient but it has it in there. I had a lady that was going to make my son's birthday cake but she has fallen ill and can't do it. I called Kroger and Walmart and a few other places but was told the same thing wherever I called,they need 48 hours notice. I need the cake tomorrow so I'm going to make it myself but I can't find the recipe for this icing. Please help. Thank you to all answers in advance.
